Customer Service is #1!!! Great option for heavy equipment needs! I have worked with Arnold and Lonny for many years in the material handling space. They are my go to for Hyster and Yale. I have had a ton of luck with parts being in stock. They seem to know what pieces of equipment are in the valley and stock accordingly. They really have two sides of the business from what I have gathered, material handling and heavy equipment. Coltin was and is a life saver. He was amazing and impeccable at his job and ensuring our forklift was fixed before being utilized for an urgent matter and delivery.
