Nice hospital for forensic mental health, the hospital needs to improve with its staffing levels on the floor, too many opportunities are created for the administration department not focusing on the patient care on the floor. It appears staff are burn out because of being short staffed and this as a result pose a risk to the entire unit. Too many foreign workers recruited who lack professional standards and haven’t been exposed to health and social care in the past.
