They refused to hear my father's case because my father is over 80 years old. They wouldn't even talk to me. They have no respect for the older generations and wouldn't even listen. So I guess they just let him die with no chance at justice.

They handled a personal wrongful death suit against the Burlington Northern Railroad. At the last minute, actually during arbitration it went into a class action suit. That I agreed to. Reason being, it would give the law firm more bargaining power for a better settlement. Well, in my case I got screwed. Ended up being a 75,000.00 settlement of which after they took everything they wanted, I ended up with $17,525.00. A far cry from what it should have been. They are crooked as they come. Yea sure they got me some money but the attorney they had on my case was a strait up dick he treated me like shit like a walking checkbook he lied to me multiple times which I have proof in writing of then when I confronted and demanded an explanation he just ignored me as he has done the entire time I was his client I have asked for copies of documents from my case and also detailed expense reports all which no one ever responded to me this firm made over $300k off me yet I was treated like a piece of trash

Arnold and itkin lie to you and they lie to their clients they have very unethical law practices like telling their clients after they've changed everything into a class action when I was supposed to be Case by case subject that if they do not sign this class action settlement they will get nothing they know they are calling disabled people with mental health issues due to the medication risperdal and they force them into signing these papers they do electronic signature the people don't even get to see the paperwork and the... read more

Not happy as I've seen nor heard anything from them on my roundup claim, they rush you a big packet with forms to sign releasing your records and retaining them to work for you and then ghosted hard, claims they have been getting settlements out yet I've yet to see a review backing that claim, I've been patient and its wearing thin at this point and with them taking 40% of whatever you win it appears that they drag their feet racking the number of hours they have into it to where you will see pretty much nothing in the end. ... read more
