This company had an invitation dinner about funeral planning that was canceled without any notice. I drove to the location for the event and it was postponed for the following day. This company never called me to reschedule. Very disappointed . Now if I scheduled my funeral with them this behavior could be the same. But this would be worst because I’m dead and can’t reschedule.

The owner and staff at Arnold funeral home treated myself and my loved ones with empathy and kindness. Neither my sister or I have ever had to plan a funeral and they guided us through the process; working with cemetery and pastor. Without their help we would’ve been too distraught to make a necessary arrangements for our father. Their help freed us to grieve.
