She listened to my health issues and provided excellent and effective medical care and treatment. I so appreciate the medical care provided by Margaret Jacob, Maureen Seider and the office staff. Dr Jacobs is extremely receptive of everything I have to say and explains everything in detail. She's been my doctor for almost 15 years I believe and she's the best one . She truly cares about your well-being and listens to everything you have to say. She's not trying to rush you out. She actually takes the time to show you things that may be going wrong with you if she has a model like a spine model for instance she will explain to you what's going on in your body. She's an amazing doctor.
I have never had any sort of ear issues, 51 + years and boom! I was uncomfortable for a while, but I didn’t know what an ear infection felt like . Believe me I do now ! Called at 7:45 am and got the exchange , they were great , took my info and by- I think 10am Melissa called and I had an appointment that same day @ 2pm! Everyone there is awesome and helpful .
