Did some work for my father upgrading his service and it’s the worst I’ve ever seen! Screws not tightened. Missing screws, holes in the siding, holes in the soffit, no patches. Electric box doesn’t seal properly, old ground rod wires just laying around. New electric line just laying on shingles. * Update, they came back and addressed the issues I had. Still waiting for inspection and Com Ed

Questioning if they just take advantage of old, retired people or everyone?
I highly recommend Tony W. for any electrical work. Tony came to my home to install GFCI for smart toilet .As he extended the cable from the existing outlet to create new GFCI in the bathroom, he managed to complete the work effectively, while preventing any damage to the wall. Tony was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. The work was done efficiently . Truly high-quality service at a fair price.
Sam Lee was excellent, got the job done quickly same day and was super professional, clean and efficient. Got new laundry outlet/box installed and rewired. Will call Arnold electric again.
AES sent out their representative, Tony. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He made some recommendations without ever hard selling his company's services.
