I cannot recommend Arnold Electric enough! From the minute I called them, I was treated with respect as they explained their process and laid everything all out for me. Straight forward, and to the point. I’m hard of hearing, and they even repeated things for me when I didn’t catch it the first time. That same respect, professionalism, and customer service was also present when the Arnold Electrical crew came to my house to do their work. It is awesome to have Arnold Electric in the community. The work they do is top notch and just knowing your ELECTRIC is done properly definitely makes it easier to sleep at night. They are the best!
We had Jonathan and Jeff out to our home for two separate projects, and both experiences were excellent. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They made sure to ask if we had any questions before they left and walked us through the work they completed. Arnold Electric is great! They’ve been my electrician for years, and I have a really old home, so it matters that they know what they’re doing and they absolutely do. I recently had them out for another project and, as always, they were kind, professional, and personable. As a single woman, it’s important to me to feel comfortable with the people in my home, and I always feel safe and confident with them. I can’t recommend them enough.
