After one appointment with him in which him and his assistant wrote things in my medical records that other doctors offices then put in my chart word for word and provable to be untrue it’s a mess! I filed to have my medical records amended and he still did not remove the word “psychosocial” and so I have an appointment with an attorney to see what I can do if anything. Worst provider I have ever encountered, and so much happier since I switched. I found him to have unprofessional behavior, and felt that my patient rights were violated. Additionally, getting prescriptions filled or re-certified yearly was a nightmare. I now have *no trouble, and am treated with respect in a friendly UF Health office. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Fong’s for over 15 years, and I can honestly say he is one of the most thorough, professional, and genuinely caring doctors I’ve ever encountered. He takes the time to listen, never rushes through appointments, and always makes sure I fully understand any diagnosis or treatment plan.
