I had my first new patient appointment with Dr. Fong today. I was a little skeptical after reading a couple of one star reviews. I can’t understand how somebody would leave him anything below a five star review. He was the most thorough, patient, inquisitive, listening, empathetic physician I’ve ever dealt with. Been going there for 12 years. Dr. Fong always takes the time to analyze and understand your situation. Easy going and likeable too. The front end staff manages to be friendly and helpful as well.

After one appointment with him in which him and his assistant wrote things in my medical records that other doctors offices then put in my chart word for word and provable to be untrue it’s a mess! I filed to have my medical records amended and he still did not remove the word “psychosocial” and so I have an appointment with an attorney to see what I can do if anything. It’s been quite damaging to my reputation and it can give other doctors a preconceived idea before you even see them. I want to see if there’s a way to prove... read more
