I had my first new patient appointment with Dr. Fong today. I was a little skeptical after reading a couple of one star reviews. I can’t understand how somebody would leave him anything below a five star review. He was the most thorough, patient, inquisitive, listening, empathetic physician I’ve ever dealt with. Coming from the Baptist Family Practice experience, this was like night and day. He spent in excess of a half hour with me as opposed to a 10 to 15 minute factory like experience at Baptist. Been going there for 12 years. Dr. Fong always takes the time to analyze and understand your situation. Easy going and likeable too. The front end staff manages to be friendly and helpful as well.
