This was my first custom home building experience, and Arnold builders made it great from their showroom to the onsite inspections every step was easy. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was second to none. My parents were so impressed their work that they even used them to build their forever home.
Wayne & Tommie Arnold of Arnold Custom Builders are great and did a wonderful job on our custom home project in Bastrop County. They are thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional and kind. They always kept us up to date as the project progressed. Even after project completion, they have still gone above and beyond in supporting our needs regarding the home. If we were looking to build again, they would be our first choice.
Arnold Custom Builders attempted to cut corners in quality in every way possible on our large remodel project.We took a **** sq ft brick home down to the studs, changed all plumbing, and electrical. Arnold's workers covered up rotten wood while saying they removed the rotten wood prior to covering with Hardi, cut new vent holes in our roof which faced the front of the home (while ignoring the existing vent holes and advising us they used the existing vent holes), placed the plumbing for the kitchen sink in the incorrect loca... read more
