All the staff are pleasant and show a genuine interest in our pets and us.
My dog was seen here twice for a lump. The lump recently doubled in size and he was unable to walk very well, yet the receptionist I spoke to refused to book a third follow up appointment unless he was up to date on his vaccinations. She also quoted me just over $2,000 for the next appointment, which included an exam fee, ultrasound, FNA, bloodwork, and other recommended treatments.
