Worst management team As a violation of the contract we agreed to when we signed the lease, they will not allow us to make payments by personal check due to one returned check from long ago when I had an old lease with a previous tenant. The contract states, "Thereafter and for the balance of THE TERM OF THE LEASE, you shall be required to make all future payments by money order or certified check" [upon bouncing a check].
