I had the unpleasant experience of my catalytic converter going in my car, I called Arnold's metal recycling and spoke with Adam. He was professional and understanding of how devastating this was for me as it was my own companies work vehicle. After I got it to the dealership where they determined the issue, Adam made arrangements to pick it up that day.
