We bought a car a year and a half ago in this store. Two months ago a yellow warning light on the dashboard appeared and I called to make an appointment in the store, as I thought it was part of the warranty. When we arrived for the appointment, they made us stay in Leeds all day to make only a test, I had to pay for the test and to spend money on food in Leeds while waiting, but they were not ready to make the repair. Daniel helped us buy a new Fiat 500. We’ve never had a smoother buying process than this - handled in a very timely manner and he was very friendly and helpful. We brought 2 young children in with us and there was drawing for them to keep entertained and nobody batted an eye lid to them singing and generally having fun while waiting. 5 stars thank you!
The process started of smoothly, the initial contact from Peter Colitas was fantastic! I was then dealt with by Arron Glover which again fantastic. On collection of the car I was dealt with Keith Jones. He didn’t seem too interested, never got a follow up call to see how I was getting on with the car. I’ve emailed him to ask for a price for a warranty, but no reply! I’ve since emailed the sales manager to get an update on the settlement of the finance on my partex, but again no reply!
