We stopped off at Arnold Clarke Inverness after having a Adblue fault on our 500mile home journey from a holiday. Jamie was great, getting our car on the diagnostics quickly without any booking. Although they couldn't fix our car which then required AA to get us back home and recover our car, Jamie and his management were great, allowing us to remain onsite until closure to use their amenities and wait in comfort. I have recently purchased a new BMW X3 from Arnold Clark BMW, Inverness. The Product Consultant, Ross MacIver, was excellent. This is the second new X3 I have bought from Ross. He quickly grasps what I am looking for and has again come up with a car I am delighted with at what I consider to be a competitive price. I felt that he only wanted to sell me a car I was happy with. Post sale queries have been dealt with effectively and efficiently.
I had an appalling experience at the hands of the incompetent team at Arnold Clark BMW Inverness with my BMW Rex i3. BMW Customer Support were virtually no better. To try to resolve it my solicitor wrote to Arnold Clark BMW Inverness’s manager Jamie Bruce (delivered by Recorded Delivery) on 8th April 2025 requiring a response to my enquiries.
