False Promise, Broken Trust at Arnold Clark I purchased a car BMW series 1 from Arnold Clark based on a salesperson's promise of a free MOT and Service Plan for the first year, which was confirmed in an email. However, Arnold Clark failed to honor their commitment after the salesperson left. Disappointing and untrustworthy.
Made deal then later they told me they can't sell the car becouse there was damage to engine. But car was still on website for around week
