Ordered car battery online but because we are going away in few days it came clear that the order would not get delivered in time. Tried 2 cancel the order through email twice = no reply. Called customer service number twice and was waiting for an hour each time and after an hour the call cut. I didn’t expect this kind of service from a well known name. I bought a LUK clutch from them, which is not suitable for my car, now to fix everything I have to buy a new clutch and pay for the same job. They sell bad parts, manufactured who knows where
