Our senior English Bully has been having skin problems that I was not able to resolve at home or through our previous vet. Less than 24 hours after our visit, anti itch/allergy meds, antibiotics, medicated soapless shampoo, and eye drops (bc he also has new diagnosis of entropion) and I can tell our boy is feeling better. You people completely let my elderly parents down when, as of 30 year patients between 2 beloved pets, you shooed them away and absolutely ABANDONED THEM AND THEIR DOG when they needed you most. You denied them care when you had a dog-patient with two human parents who needed you at their worst moment. 24 hours of family trauma that started on Christmas evening. Thank you for nothing. I had to take our Harley in last night to be euthanized. Much harder than I thought. They were very caring and compassionate. AND unlike the other vets in the area, they don't try to puck your picket while you're making this sad decision. Extremely reasonable and push nothing on you. Not sure I'll have another pup, but if I do, this will be my vet.

We have been taking my dog to Arnold Animal Hospital for 10 years. She needed Emergency Surgery. They could not get her in for 2 weeks. She would be dead in 24 hours without the surgery. They could care less. Very Sad.
