We had an incredible experience with this plumber (Richard?), and I can’t recommend him highly enough. When our hot water accessory tank failed, our usual repair team told us it would be three weeks before they could fit us in. With a family of six, that meant no hot showers, no dishwasher, and no warm water for laundry—such a bummer. Cracked our drain in the tub and blames a plumber who did work on a separate part of our home. Just take responsibility for your error. That to me is unethical. Also when installing the plumbing he dropped his tool and put a divot in my brand new tub. Didn’t tell us. I had to say I heard him and he didn’t admit it then either. I had to call the builder we were working with and he was supposed to come back with epoxy to fix that initial error and didn’t. Shocker and the second crack. Didn’t come. Shocker. Beware.
