We came here to eat after spending the morning at the waterpark. The menu online was not accurate. The pizza was ok and the chicken sandwich was good. Everyone got their food at different times. 2 of our family members were completely done eating by the time I received my food.
They messed up my sandwich, so my food was late coming out. Everyone in my group was done eating when i got my food. I was offered a bag of chips to compensate for my wait!
Ordered online, 1 large pizza, 2 junior salads and garlic bread. Received confirmation of my order and a time to pick it up. 45-55 minutes. At 45 minutes, I went in the Columbian park store to pick up my order and nobody knew anything about my order, let alone it being done. I left, not realizing that I had already paid for the food that I was going to get. I called store to talk with manager, no manager on duty and "do you have a problem or something?!"
