What a great experience there. It's been years since I have owned a boat and I had a old one that I needed worked on to get it started and they did just that. They explained everything to me and gave me pointers for it. Definitely going back again when needed!!!! Thank you all!!
The man who answered the phone needs some customer service skills and some more general boat knowledge. Called asking for a part, I asked for a “stuffing box hose or packing box hose for a 1” shaft on a direct drive ski boat, 1 & 3/4” ID hose” he said what, I repeated it, he said for a V-drive? so I said no it’s direct drive ski boat not v-drive. He said “I have no idea what that is or what you’re asking for” so I hung up. Just my experience…maybe they are good mechanics but idk I know it’s an older boat but this is a common... read more
