I had an extremely unsettling experience at Arnie Bauer Collision Center. When I spoke with the general manager, Toby (a tall, heavyset white man), I immediately felt uncomfortable. While I was trying to discuss my situation—explaining that I didn’t have the money for the deductible—he was blatantly staring at my chest, licking his lips, and making inappropriate eye contact. It took forever to get the car repaired. After it was done some molding where the accident occurred started to peel off and that was over 2 years after the accident; however, it still shouldn't have happened. I considered a shoddy work!
Asked for an estimate the guy at the desk told me they don’t have any appointments for 2.5 weeks I asked he a date he told he look up whatever 2.5 weeks that’s the date I said thanks have a nice days and left definitely felt racist
They’ve fixed my daughter’s car a few times and have done an excellent job. Highly recommend!
Definitely worth the wait!! I hit a deer over a vacation trip in Georgia. My insurance referred me to this shop and it was close to my house so I made an appointment. They were booked so I had to keep driving my duct taped car for a few weeks. My accident was on the 14th, I contacted the shop on the 16th, I brought my car in on the 6th of the following month and it was ready on the 22nd.
