I went to this shop a few days ago to get an estimate on repairs to my vehicle. The person at the desk, after getting off the phone, came out took photos along with my information. He indicated he would put the info. in and put together an estimate. It was obvious he was not going to do it immediately, which was fine. I had an extremely unsettling experience at Arnie Bauer Collision Center. When I spoke with the general manager, Toby (a tall, heavyset white man), I immediately felt uncomfortable. It took forever to get the car repaired. After it was done some molding where the accident occurred started to peel off and that was over 2 years after the accident; however, it still shouldn't have happened. I considered a shoddy work!
Asked for an estimate the guy at the desk told me they don’t have any appointments for 2.5 weeks I asked he a date he told he look up whatever 2.5 weeks that’s the date I said thanks have a nice days and left definitely felt racist
