I had an extremely unsettling experience at Arnie Bauer Collision Center. When I spoke with the general manager, Toby (a tall, heavyset white man), I immediately felt uncomfortable. It took forever to get the car repaired. After it was done some molding where the accident occurred started to peel off and that was over 2 years after the accident; however, it still shouldn't have happened. I considered a shoddy work!

Asked for an estimate the guy at the desk told me they don’t have any appointments for 2.5 weeks I asked he a date he told he look up whatever 2.5 weeks that’s the date I said thanks have a nice days and left definitely felt racist

They’ve fixed my daughter’s car a few times and have done an excellent job. Highly recommend!
