I dropped my truck off clean inside and out. Picked it up absolutely filthy. It looked like it was left outside with the windows down during a storm. The interior was filthy. Covered in dirt and leaves. The exterior was covered in a thick coat of dust, bird droppings, and leaves in every crevice. Ridiculous. Besides that I also had to pay a wage difference for warranty work? How stupid is that. Overall not a good experience. You would think a dealership would pull out all the stops. I felt like I got ripped off.

Troy was great. He greeted me as soon as he saw me. I told him I needed him to work some Magic. And that he did. He was very professional. Process was smooth and fast. Definitely recommended Troy. Thanks for my 2027 GMC Terrain!!
