I had a very unsatisfactory experience and will not be returning. I was informed that my vehicle's engine was under warranty, so I had it towed 25 miles to your facility, only to receive contradictory information upon arrival. The representative stated that tests indicated a lack of compression in three cylinders but declined to identify the root cause of my car's failure to start.
