Just purchased a used 2024 silverado from this dealer. Alex was great to deal with throughout the whole process. Brandon also really helped out, and performed magic to me get the same rates as a credit union. Any minor issue I found, or even they pointed out, they made right. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles new and used in the past. This dealership was the easiest and most honest I have ever worked with. Would 1000% recommend using them.
Overall the experience seemed rushed. I found the truck i night on the internet, auto trader, and put money down to hold the truck until it was delivered. After negotiating over email and texts, I drove to Matteson from fond du lac, WI. Due to some circumstances outside my control, I arrived 2 hrs late for my appt.
