We were so happy with the speed our wood burner was installed, but then problems ensued with the system. In the beginning, phone calls and texts were returned, but after months and then years of the same issues occurring, we then were ignored. This avoidance forced us to then start asking other installers and even call corporate at Central Boiler. Our needed solutions were figured out and now we will find someone else to fix them as Eddie has told us never to call or text again because we contacted others about our problems.
RecommendedEddie and Rebecca of Arnette Landscapes are THE BEST! Eddie installed our Central Boiler outdoor wood stove. When we bought a new house a few years later, he moved the stive for us and did a reinstall. Any time day or night they are available to answer questions or concerns. They are great people!!

Arnette is an all around great company. The services they provide along with great customer service makes them top of my list when needing help for any environmental needs.
