Our condenser fan was out and we found Arnett Mechanical on google. They came out same day and installed a new motor. If your in Pearland, Tx needing ac service I highly recommend them.
They were great until I bought a service contract. Under the contract service was slow and required a call to their office after they didn't show up. Upon renewal, the web renewal wouldn't work so I called and was told to wait to renew as prices had increased but not reflected on the web site portal. I was told they would call back with proper pricing. Guess what? They never called back. At least they're consistently unreliable. I do not recommend their service contract and have little faith in their reliability.
