Jim helped us 2 years ago with all the end of life documents. He did a good job as far as we know. But when we went to him this time. He seems to be confused, didn't follow through with what we asked him to do. He charged us $90 for documents which we already have. It was a terrible experience. We finally gave up on him and went to someone else

I thought I would get a much more friendly response or an attorney that was willing to listen. I have proof that my landlord increased my rent out of retaliation..nothing more. His response was "I don't care, she can do that, although her timing was suspicious." WHAT?? I think this.guy is also a landlord which would explain is rude not nonchalant response. Good luck with this Attorney. He chose to take my case via my Company, yet I was NEVER able to get in contact with him. I left several messages and received nothing. Ghosted before ever speaking with him. Very unprofessional.
