Under bids jobs and instead of handling it right by change orders or knowing what’s going on threw the day to day he lays off his best employee hands down 3 weeks before Christmas and makes the excuse that he’s not keeping any field workers. Which we all know what that means. I watched him let go 2 good employees bc he’s only goes off what he thinks is his “inside guy” but if Travis was more involved he’d know that inside guy couldn’t find the pitch of the roof measurement without his best field worker.
