I completely disagree with the recent review made about Arnell Creek neighborhood. I find the new officers incredibly fair and knowledgeable about Home Owners' Associations. I have lived here for 7 years and think this is the best location and neighborhood in all of Rehoboth and Lewes. I find it amazing how we keep our HOA fees so low and yet most of the neighborhood sparkles. As President of the Arnell Creek Homeowners Association, I completely disagree with Mr. Joiner's assessment of our community and its Board of Directors. I have been on the Board for three years now and served as President for the last two. Most of the other Board members have served the community for considerably longer periods of time, and have worked tirelessly to make this neighborhood a great place to live.
