Too expensive! Went there late last year to get a full maintenance of my Tiguan. I paid almost 400NZD for it. They then suggested to do a brake flush service after a month because my brake fluid moisture had reached 4%. I paid almost 300NZD for it. I own a European car, so needless to say I am at the mechanic often. I switched to Arnel for car servicing last year, and I mean it when I say it's been an absolute pleasure to work with them. Sara at the front is lovely to speak with and incredibly helpful. They are great with communication, transparent with costs, and accurately quote the time required for repairs. Couldn't speak more highly of these guys!

Thorough service and client focused care with real attention to detail. I went in needing a daytime driving light bulb replacement, only to find the other was going to blow soon too. Both were replaced, done with ease and speed, for a super reasonable price. Very grateful as many other automotive garages see this as a ‘small job’ and weren’t willing to help me out.

Arnel are the best mechanic we've had. They're upfront about not charging you for more than absolutely necessary. Sarah at reception is incredible at clearly and kindly communicating what needs to happen with the car. They're very flexible with drop off and pick-up too which is awesome for full-time workers. If you work in the north end of the city, they are conveniently located, particularly for us within walking distance of the office. They're also flexible with payment, giving options to pay in-person and online.
