Called in to get a quote for a clutch replacement, I was quickly given a quote that mentioned this work required 1-2 hours. This seemed quite short for a clutch replacement so I called back to confirm. After calling back, Sarah at reception told me that she will check for me the day after. I did not receive a call back for two days straight. Due to the nature of a slipping clutch, I was unable to confidently drive my car. Extremely impressed by my experience with Arnel. They're right in the heart of town so it was easy to drop off the car and walk to work. We needed our air con fixed, and the communication from Arnel was consistently clear and timely as they liaised with the insurance company to sort it out. They did their best to get everything completed as quickly as possible and set us up with a courtesy car. Friendly, professional and efficient service. Sarah is an absolute star!
