So far I’ve only gone around 6-7 times as I havnt lived in San Diego for long but in my experience Dr. Mariano is excellent, I’ve had no issues and everyone in the office is friendly and helpful

I haven't had any issues with Dr. Mariano. He's very nice and takes his time to explain what needs done and why.

I hate to leave negative review, but I really upset that my teeth were ruined because misdiagnosed, I had to spend alot of money to fix them somewhere else. I went there every 3 month, and they took xray every time, but didn't say anything, until I feel my teeth weren't right...and they didn't refer me to an in-network specialist for my insurance and the referral specialist was rough...

Ever since my hisband retired from the military, like 12 years ago, us and my kids have always recieved amazing service from him. We do miss carmen the old office manager, bit the new one is also great.
