Before making an appointment, please take the time to read this review. Dr. Mariano's office was, without question, the worst experience I have had in my long and complicated dental history. During an emergency evaluation appointment, I disclosed several medical conditions that affect my daily life and for which I take prescribed medication. After the appointment, I asked Aileen whether it would be acceptable to take my prescribed anxiety medication before the procedure. I went here for many years growing up and into early adulthood. Routine visits were fine, but for anything more serious, I strongly recommend a second opinion. Consult another dentist prior to root canals, extractions and other major work. See a specialist such as an endodontist, periodontist and prosthodontist.
