I will give Arnel’s office a one star because you can usually get in for an appt pretty quickly but….the front reception is absolutely horrible and has been for years I just tolerated it. When you call you’re always an inconvenience, always spoken down too and the list goes on. My last appt was the last straw. Great place - Dr. Arnel identified an issue and sent me to a specialist-office staff are pleasant, helpful- provided great quality glasses, properly fitted and when the frame got a little loose, they adjusted at no cost. A pleasure to deal with.
Dr. Arnel has been my optometrist for over 20 years he is a thorough, friendly professional. They have a good selection of glasses, and the pair I got three years ago was on sale and is very durable and looks great on me. Unfortunately, this time around I was unable to find a style of glasses I liked. This was through no fault of the selection available, I just have a narrow face and I've always had trouble finding glasses that look cute on me.
