Probably the worst doctor I've dealt with. This guy is arrogant, always rushing, barely lets you get a word in and does not take the patient's concerns seriously. Not sure why Kaiser would hire someone this incompetent.
Always listens to my concerns. Easy to talk to and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Kind, caring, and compassionate. I make a list of concerns and he goes over them all. He was also our son's doctor, after Dr. Kodel retired, when our son was in his teens.
He was okay. I think he disregarded my concerns. I switched primary Dr upon moving cities (still with Kaiser) and presented my concerns to the new Dr. My new Dr took my concerns seriously and ordered more labs and inspected my body to look into my symptoms more holistically unlike Dr Balbuena. At the end, Dr Balbuena's diagnosis was correct, but he didn't make me feel one bit assured.
By far the worst doctor I had to ever speak to. Was so rude and disregarded any of my concerns. Kept making assumptions. If you have to see anyone at Kaiser don’t see this so called doctor
