This shop performed so far below expectations that I would leave a minus rating if I could. I was a first time customer and referred to them by a current FLEET customer so I felt comfortable bringing my vehicle in. All I needed was a diagnostic. Well, to start, my appt. was at 1pm, they didn't even bring my truck in the bay until 2pm. Now mind you, I am waiting in the customer waiting area, and they knew it.
