We recently had a major breakdown on the 2nd day of our 2 wk vac from Mn to Alabama while pulling our 5th wheel with our Dodge Ram 6.7. We exited at a rest stop near Paw/Paw Ill, and noticed a strange squeel sound followed by numerous DTC codes and a CEL. Thank GOD it happened at this rest stop and NOT on the road! This shop performed so far below expectations that I would leave a minus rating if I could. I was a first time customer and referred to them by a current FLEET customer so I felt comfortable bringing my vehicle in. All I needed was a diagnostic. Well, to start, my appt. was at 1pm, they didn't even bring my truck in the bay until 2pm. Now mind you, I am waiting in the customer waiting area, and they knew it.
