I have been coming to this practice for years. Doctors are experts in their field and their calm gentle nature is second to none. They have the loveliest ladies at reception, always happy, friendly and helpful.
Took my nephew here today and happy with the service and facilities. Caring Dr Llambie and wonderful support staff. Blood test can be done right at the clinic as well
I called today to make an appointment for my little one because she is unwell. The first receptionist I spoke TO SALLY was dismissive, rude, and immediately told me no without properly listening to my concerns. As a parent trying to get help for a sick child, I found this treatment unacceptable and upsetting. My concerns were not taken seriously at all. I had a disappointing experience when calling this clinic. The receptionist was quite rude and unhelpful. She simply said she couldn’t assist me, without offering any alternatives or suggesting seeing another doctor. I found this very dismissive and unprofessional. When someone is seeking medical help, the least you expect is some guidance or willingness to help find a solution. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
