I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding my experience today, Monday 7 July 2025. According to the opening hours listed on Google Maps and other platforms, your clinic was meant to be open today. However, when I arrived in person, the clinic was completely closed. There was no notice on the door, no online update, and no clear way to contact staff. This side of Arncliffe needs a reliable GP service that opens normal business hours. I've had to change work days to suit their hours in the past and now I show up on a day that Google says they're open and there is a piece of A4 paper on the door stating the hours have changed again. The business hours have changed 3 times in the last 6 months. At the very least change your google and health direct hours rather than leaving a piece of paper on the door. Its not hard.
