Dr Kumar is a wonderful human being… He was to fix stents as I was not ready for by pass surgery. Did my engography with him My case was severe he suggested to do a by pass that was the correct solution for me . He came after hours to Memorial TMC and explained the reason why I needed a bypass. He walked the extra mile made a few calls to the open heart surgeons to do my surgery as scheduled . He visited me even after bypass..he is a gem of person , Highly recommend anyone with multi vascular heart condition to visit Modern ... read more

I can’t express enough how amazing Dr Kumar is. He has performed several procedures on my 81 year old mother this year. In January, she went in for a test to see if she was a candidate for a mitral valve clip and found two of her arteries were blocked 90%. Dr Kumar was able to place stents in the affected arteries. After a few months of healing it became apparent that the valve had to be addressed. Dr Kumar reached out several resources to find the least risky way to perform the procedure.
