After my mother's stroke we told upon discharge from the hospital to make an appointment to see Doctor Velez within 2 weeks. After calling the office they told us the soonest they could get her in was six months. Left us struggling to find someone to see my mother after her stroke. I do feel bad giving one star because he may be an excellent doctor if you can actually get to see him.
