Called armz on a Thursday afternoon for a leak, came Friday morning. With running for parts and the work took maybe an hour. Price was a little more than expected, but people don't realize how expensive the compression fittings and tools cost for it. Very polite and professional
Edit: your reply confirms that your only interested in shifting blame and making excuses. Your technician never called us back, at all. Your communication was inconsistent, and hours apart. We also informed you, several times, that the pipe he worked on did infact continue into the house. You did not beleive us despite us saying we were looking right at it. We needed work done and an outside faucet that was leaking. After the work was done I noticed a leak inside my home originating from the pipe that plumber had worked on. Called to see if they could come fix it and got the run around. Refused to come fix their mistake and wouldn't take responsibility, but were happy to take our payment. Now I have to find another plumbing service to fix their mistake, all while my ceiling and flooring are being damaged by a leaking pipe.
