Very professional and very satisfied! Called for a quote Sunday they were out Monday morning and fixed our water heater with in a few hours they also fixed another pipe we had a problem with! Will hire them again!
Justin installed a 50 Gallon Electric Water Heater, AO Smith. Quoted $2250 with removal of old. Was given the Veteran 10% discount for the PTSD they left me with! HORRIBLE experience. When he left... I had NO hot water, and NO water to the kitchen! Oh, it gets worse with the combative email from the owner Matt when I asked if Justin was even coming back! I waited 10 DAYS with zero communication. No. No. Never. I hired ANOTHER company and all is fixed just fine.
Great customer service and time management. We are very pleased with the work that was done.
