ABS brake issue: Had two emails and one phone call voicemail ignored for 10 days. Chased them up just to have to re-explain the issue and need for estimate, finally got one. Told them 3 times that I DON'T want it booked in for service yet, it has to be towed in. I got a booking reminder text for 3 days from now, who thought this was a great idea?. They can't respond in a reasonable time, won't email when requested to do so, say they've emailed but haven't, don't return voicemails, book you in when repeatedly being told not t... read more
