Not very friendly, or attitudes. They don’t have much for car parts and still want full price for broken items. They never checked our tool bag going in and upon leaving they tried to charge us for old parts that was to my car that we took off prior to even moving here. I’d rather go elsewhere!
They suck,, On a Saturday I went up there to get a radiator and they told me this certain vehicle was there ,, And when I got there they didn’t even have the vehicle,, Very disappointed
Called ahead to ask If they'd have a part available and they said yes and told me the price of the part. I show up the day after and they claim it isn't out there and were rude for the entire interaction. Would recommend going elsewhere if you need a part.
Armstrong offerered the best price for my car in the 4 state area. Prompt pickup- I was told 15-45 minutes after quoted a price! The tow truck arrived in 30 minutes. The car was in a difficult spot & the driver was super cool & helpful. The office staff was top notch!! I'll be referring people ♥️
Good place they don’t keep inventory of what parts have been pulled though other than that not bad!
