I am not sure if you just can't get help, or whether you don't want to pay for more help, but when stoves go out in winter and people have to wait 2+ weeks for service/repair on their only source of heat, it leaves a pretty bad taste for wanting to do further business.

We had three ductless mini split units installed recently. The installation crew was amazing. Ryan always called when he said he would. He was so thorough in making sure everything was working correctly and stopped by again to double check. Ryan and his crew Travis and Braeden deserve customer service awards. Will do business with Armstrong’s again and would highly recommend them.
We bought a spa from Armstrong's recently and I could not be more pleased. The staff was great helping me select a spa that is just right for me. The crew who delivered and installed our unit was pleasant and professional. Thumbs up to a great local business!
