Since I decided to service my Boxster 718 GTS at Armstrongs, as well as dealing with any after-sales issues, I have received first class customer service. In particular, from Stephen Wright. Stephen is professional, friendly and an excellent organiser and communicator. When issues arise - such as a recent invoicing anomaly - he has been receptive to constructive suggestions. The industry could do with more like him !!
