We went through a whole process of being told that we can purchase a NEW ePartner at the floor value special, then to be told that you won’t honour that deal and we missed out on the floor special of the vehicle we were originally looking at. Not only did we lose a whole day in trying to secure the vehicle; paying a deposit, getting ready to sell my current vehicle, insurance, phone calls, trying to get an electric charger etc; we now are back to square one of looking for a vehicle again. Not happy with this experience
I had a disappointing experience dealing with this dealership. I contacted their representative via chat on Trade Me around 9:00 AM to express interest in a car and requested a call back. Unfortunately, by 4:00 PM I had not received any contact, so I decided to call them myself to follow up. During the call, I was told that someone would return my call shortly, but again, no one reached out. Outstanding service from Reiny and Jason. They were incredibly efficient, friendly, and very user-focused throughout the entire process. I have visited Armstrong’s East Auckland for my Nissan Car Servicing for several years. Their service is always reliable and thorough and they washed and vacuumed my car each time. Recently, I laid eyes on a Peugeot full electric car and attempted to trade in our two leased vehicles at Armstrong’s East Auckland in June this year.
