The only car place I know that doesn’t reply to any emails ever especially regarding a supposed outstanding balance invoice. I’ve sent multiple emails as well as an enquiry via your website still NO REPLY.(have had this issue many times previously with you as well). I have also been sent an outstanding balance($89:50 for a WOF) I never bought my car in for a WOF with you which is why I have tried to contact you multiple times to address a invoice on a vehicle report for a car with 6mm tyre tread which is not my current tyre ... read more
No flexibility to address a safety issue for a woman travelling alone on the open road. Extremely disappointing.
