Sold a car with fake mileage..with over market price. Now the vehicle is difficult to sell compared with the true mileage recorded in MotorWeb. After having discussed with the GM and the director, just not doing anything that they promised. Not replying messages and not responding at all. Not recommending if you want are buying a relative high end vehicle..
Excellent service and help by Bobby. We live in Queenstown so enquired about the car, Bobby was really helpful with everything and guide us through with process over phone, He even picked us up from Airport. Been using car for 3 weeks now, really happy with the car as well as service from Armstrong Opel Team.
Was a quick and easy trade and sale with abit of negotiation as it should be. Friendly staff made the difference as well. I will probably buy my next vehicle of them if they have what I'm after at the time.
If there is a 6 star, I'll give 6 star to Robert (Bobbi). The customer service was top notch, and he was the best car dealer we've had so far. He was very professional and he communicates well. I look forward to dealing with him again in the future.
