I'm delivering a load for Armstrong in KS. 8am appointment, it's almost 3pm. Receiver said they don't do live unloads, and the broker is aware of this. Justin at Armstrong won't pick up my calls, won't pick up my dispatchs calls. It's Saturday btw. 3k load going to Laredo lost. Have to sit until Monday. Absolute scum
We arrived on time to Allentown at 8am Friday for 8:30am appt. Receiver told us our appt was always 9:30pm and to come back. Liz Vergara and Hong Tang with Armstrong insisted receiver changed delivery appt in transit and we would get detention for laying over all day and missing our load to Maine. FACTS- Armstrong lied about appt to get the load covered and after 6 days requesting detention offer $150 for 12 hours and sitting over the weekend.
