Moved across the province, spending thousands of dollars. The company lost a crib and smoker - and refused to reimburse the full amount upfront. Stated ‘as per policy’ the will only pay half the claimed cost upfront and will reimburse after providing a receipt. They also ripped apart a table resulting in it being irreparable, and did not fully disassemble the base to another table which lead to damages. Great experience with Steve and the Armstrong team, they made our move a lot simpler. Steve asked all of the questions and gave us a quote quickly. He answered all of my questions, and their drivers took great care of our items. They loaded quickly and carefully, were very professional and helpful. Pricing was great too. There’s a reason these guys have been around so long! Thanks again guys
They are a rough bunch, but they are pros.
