This is precisely the type of repair shop that gives all a bad name. Will be reporting them to Subaru Corporate and BBB. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR OR SEEK SERVICE FROM THIS SHOP. My elderly in-laws purchased a brand new Forester from this dealership in 2017. They had the shop perform all scheduled /routine maintenance. After my in-laws passed away, we were surprised to learn that the car needed a new transmission after only 50+k miles.
