Our car buying experience was amazing from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership was very easy to work with. We were in and out in 45 mins. They didn't hassle us to buy unwanted warranties or extras. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.
Brought 2025 forester hybrid in for 1st service, oil change and basically check that all is working. Was quoted $99.95 for oil and filter change and with my $10 off coupon they did the work. Time to pay, the amount came to $97.34! They charged me $7.00 for shop towels and miscellaneous, What the hell? Not only that, I was informed they rotated tires which they did not because I marked the tires before handing off the vehicle. I am a Kansas Resident, purchasing a used car from Armstrong Subaru. Milan and Anthony were excellent to work with!! All the complexities of buying a car have way across the country. I could not have been pleased more with our "new" 2017 Fusion! As for the backroom, Bonnie was a fabulous bulldog! She did what it took to get us needed paperwork even when it took bumping a few heads together outside the dealership. Overall very satisfied!
They gave me a quote for $300 to replace a sensor, to which I agreed, so they ordered the part. The day after I brought my car in, they told me they forgot to order the sensor, and recommended getting a diagnostic done for $300 first instead. When I said no, they changed the price to $1,200 because they priced the wrong side. I had already confirmed multiple times because I was surprised at the original price, but I was promised it was correct. Went to this dealer to look for replacement vehicle after our car was totaled. We ended up working with Milan. He was great! Really understood our needs and was trying to help us find the best car for us. I would work with him again. This sale person was very helpful. Even though we did not end up going with a car here at this time but we will keep the sales person and dealership in mind for the future.
