I had a great experience with a heater issue recently. The technician arrived on the scheduled day and thoroughly checked the system. He found the filter was clean and turned on the heater while he was in the maintenance attic. After that, he came down and showed me how to do maintenance in the garage, just like he did in the attic. It was as simple as flipping the power switch to get the furnace working again, providing heat both upstairs and downstairs. I had a fantastic experience with Armstrong & Sons HVAC & Gas. They are super reliable, knowledgeable, and use great technology. They won’t stop working until the job is done to your satisfaction and are very quick to address any issues. They kept my two heat pumps running smoothly for over 30 years before I decided it was time to upgrade. This team really knows their stuff and takes pride in their work. We met with a technician a couple months ago for a quote on a new furnace. He made a fantastic first impression! Today, Jay, Todd, and Evan arrived bright and early to install our new furnace. The whole experience was excellent! There were no bothersome sales calls while we decided whether to repair or replace our furnace.
