Recent eye exam. Very friendly people, efficient use of time, and Kaeleigh took the time to answer all my questions.
We had such a great experience at this eye doctor clinic! They were incredibly accommodating with our toddlers and made the whole visit so much easier for us as parents. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, patient, and clearly prepared they had ways to keep our child entertained, which helped reduce so much stress. The friendly conversation I had with Joyce over the phone the first time I called Armstrong & Small Eye Care Centre made me feel very comfortable in booking an eye exam. Alex did four eye tests shortly after I arrived and while I am sure he has done this hundreds of times and could probably recite the steps in his sleep, I was impressed by the patience he showed and the kindness in his tone while explaining in detail what I needed to do for each test as well as what to expect during each one and what the tests were for.
