I was assigned this company via Mayflower movers (Armstrong is a partner of theirs I guess). I scheduled an in person quote and was eager to use their services. I even took off work to accommodate their schedule. No one showed up, no follow up calls, and no one answered my calls when I tried calling to see where their representative was. Was told by the driver that he would be at our new location a week from when our shipment was departing. After no contact, and many phone calls, finally found out the that the new ETA would be 2 weeks after. Canceled a family vacation to make sure we'd be home for our shipment. Would never recommend anyone to Armstrong after this, absolutely unprofessional
This team was selected to move my home! They were amazing, showed early. Went straight to work, were professional, experts in their craft, skilled, fast, gentle with my belongings, documented everything, kind, decisive, and thoughtful. I could go on. Jose and Anthony did an excellent job. Very professional and proficient. I am extremely happy to have these two young men on my property performing their duties.
