Richard H and Jose did a great job with my move! They were timely, friendly, thorough, and carefully packed all my belongings. The Armstrong team is highly communicative and well organized, making my move a breeze! Cannot recommend enough!
Just had this company pack up my household. The people were pros, polite, friendly, and never stopped until they completed their job. I would use and recommend them with hesitation. They repacked several things we had wrapped but clearly not to their standard. They were super. The same goes for the people loading the moving van. Efficient, polite, and took great care with our irreplaceable items.
I have tried on numerous occasions to get an estimate from Armstrong. I had a 4:15 virtual appointment on 2/25/25. I got confirmation emails. The agent was a no show. On 2/26/25 I agreed to another virtual appointment at 5 PM. I was told the quote would be ready by 2/27/25 close of business at the latest. I waited and no quote was received by close of business on 2/28/25. If it is this hard to get a quote for service, how good is the service going to be at moving time?
